TPB2625 - From Chaos to Calm in the Preschool Classroom: Using Visual Supports to Achieve Success

For teachers of young children 3-5 years of age

Visual supports are powerful tools that help create a calm structured foundation for the preschool classroom. In this workshop, we'll explore how using visuals in the classroom can help preschoolers connect, feel more confident with daily routines, handle transitions, and engage more positively in play; all while staying safe. When kids know what to expect and what's expected of them, they're more likely to thrive- and less likely to show challenging behavior. This workshop takes place in the Demonstration Classroom giving participants the chance to see how visual supports are used in a real classroom environment.
